Donna M. Dodds Recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for Excellence in Sales
A former accountant, Ms. Dodds ventured into sales 18 years ago with Mary Kay Cosmetics
Richmond Hill, ON, Canada, November 28, 2011 /Lifestyle PR News/ -- Donna M. Dodds, Senior Sales Director of Mary Kay Cosmetics Ltd., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in sales.
Eighteen years ago, Ms. Dodds left her career as an accountant and began working with Mary Kay Cosmetics. She has since progressed steadily within the company, expanding her business unit and winning several awards along the way. With expertise in sales, marketing, and direct communications, she has completed the company's national court of sales 14 times and has been ranked number four on three occasions.
As the sales director, Ms. Dodds attends fairs and women's business gatherings to network and promote her business. Working for a cosmetics retailer, she loves helping women obtain the confidence that comes with looking beautiful, and also performs facial treatments and makeovers for individuals and groups, often at bridal and baby showers. She has been named First Runner Up to National Court of Sales and queen of her division, and hopes to attain the prestigious Pink Cadillac award by 2012.
Ms. Dodds earned an Associate Degree in Accounting from Centennial College, and in the future aspires to work in an executive position on the national level.
