The magazine uses a blog/magazine theme to show off their articles. This format is a little bit different from their interracial dating website members are familiar to, but Ownbla expects this new format to help members experience an enjoyable article with an ease of reading. In addition to the magazine, they also created a Twitter account (@Ownbla) to jump into the social media scene. The Twitter account will better help Ownbla distribute their tips on relationships to loyal readers. They already have over 700 followers!
Ownbla has been in the online interracial dating business over a year and is continuing to grow. They expect more members to join in the next year as more and more singles are open to dating outside their race.
